In this video, we learn how to kimura shoulder lock from cross side. First, you want to have your opponent laying down on the ground. You want to be over their body, with your left arm holding down their left arm and your right arm then taking the place of that arm, then pushing the arm into the armpit. You will then cross your arms and cradle the shoulder and arm of the opponent, while moving your legs around their head so you are to the side of their body. Now, they may try to hit you with the other arm, but they won't be able to do anything because of the grip you have on them!
